Here is how maintenancemike.net, run as Estero Handyman Services, handles personal information.
The site is a referral website: it helps people find handyman pros and does not do the work itself.
Operator: Terra Nova Trading LLC, 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772. References to "we" below mean Terra Nova Trading LLC.
Your information is used to match your request with handyman pros and to reply to you.
Other uses: recording your consent, stopping spam and bots, and improving how the site works.
Each request is forwarded to up to three handyman pros, with your name, phone, email and message.
They are unaffiliated businesses, and once they have your details their own privacy practices apply.
Hosting, call and text delivery, email and the chat's AI model are provided by outside companies that handle information for us as needed to do their jobs.
We will disclose information if legally required, and when needed to handle fraud, abuse or security threats.
Pros may pay us for referrals or for access to requests; where state law treats that as a "sale" or "share" of personal information, see the state section below for how to opt out.
Checking the box means you agreed to calls, texts and emails about your request from up to three pros, which may use automated technology.
Agreeing is optional, and standard message and data rates may apply.
Send STOP to end texts from a sender, or HELP for assistance. Each sender must be told separately.
We keep chat logs, call logs and website visit logs for 24 months, and then erase them.
Requests and the record of your consent are kept for 5 years, which lets us show that you consented, and are then deleted or stripped of identifying details.
Ask us if you want yours removed earlier.
Sensible safeguards are in place for the information we hold.
No website or storage system is completely secure, and we are unable to promise otherwise.
Estero Handyman Services is meant for adults; it is not aimed at anyone under 13.
We do not knowingly collect their information, and if you think a child has sent us some, contact us and we will erase it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or erase it, and ask us to stop passing your information to pros.
Reach us by email privacy@maintenancemike.net, use the contact form on this site or call (239) 946-7314. Expect a check on your identity before we act. We extend these options to all visitors, not only residents of states whose laws require it.
We only call or text you about your request if you have given consent on this site, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or telling us. Florida's comprehensive privacy statute applies only to very large businesses, but we handle every request above the same way for Florida residents.
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date. Privacy questions or requests: email privacy@maintenancemike.net, use the contact form on this site or call (239) 946-7314. Mail: Terra Nova Trading LLC, 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772.
